Q. WHAT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE I AM LOOKING FOR? 

A. If you can't find the right vehicle for you in our inventory, that's no problem! Give us a call or shoot us an e-mail and we will do our best to get the perfect vehicle for you with your specifications.

Q. WHAT OTHER FEES ARE THERE BESIDES THE PURCHASE PRICE? 

A. Unlike some other used car dealerships, Bergen Car Company doesn't believe in over-charging our customers with hidden fees. Any additional fees will be clearly listed on your purchase order and explained to you upon purchase. New Jersey customers will have to pay a 7% sales tax on the purchase price and out of state customers will pay their state tax in their own state. There is a dealer preparation fee on wholesale transactions to the public. There is a fixed documentation fee on every purchase order which is non-negotiable.

Q. I LIVE OUT OF STATE, CAN I FLY IN AND DRIVE MY NEW CAR BACK HOME? 

A. Of course. If necessary we can make arrangements for you to be picked up at Newark Liberty International Airport, which is the closest airport to us. We can have all of your paperwork completed

ahead of time so the process will be quick and easy and you can be on your way back home in your new car in no time.

Q. HOW DO I KNOW THE CAR IS IN THE CONDITION AS STATED?

A. Bergen Car Company, Inc., guarantees that every car is in the actual condition as advertised.
